Allsops contacted telling me they were doing me a favour with this fantastic offer of me giving me two weeks to accept a 33% rent increase and tried to bully me into signing a 12 month contract. When challenged they expected me to give them 1 months notice to leave.! II asked where it states in the contract that this kind of increase can be. applied and to come back with a reasonable proposal as 33% isn't reasonable or acceptable.
I then received a solicitors letter with two months notice evicting me on the 28th December as I wouldn't sign this disgusting unreasonable directive. Absolute cowboys and bullies, disgusting service ignored my request that i wouldn't facilitate viewings. Only to come home to someone sat on my drive questioning why i was there.
