Report
This provides a fully comprehensive and detailed evaluation of the buildings construction and condition. The report we provide will detail every aspect of the house and identify any defects, the cause of defects, any urgent repairs and maintenance issues.
A building survey can more than pay for itself. This enables you to fully evaluate matters prior to proceeding and finalising the purchase of the property.

We called Brittain Hadley looking for a full building survey on a house we are buying in surrey, initially I spoke with Zac who put me in touch with Marissa the Project Co-Ordinator who got to work quickly on setting a date for their surveyor Nigel to undertake the survey. This was done within a week and Marissa kept me up to date the entire time.
After our survey was completed Marissa was good enough to send me a summary of the findings as we were a little anxious. Soon after the report came through from Nigel. Having seen other reports previously I have to say Nigel report was really well laid out, easy to understand and really well presented. It is a bit of a tsk finding good surveyor and in all honesty I stumbled across Nigel and his team. They were just fantastic and I would have no hesitations in using them in the future or recommending them.

Excellent experience - I have no hesitation in recommending Brittain Hadley. Marisa smoothly coordinated the whole process. Nigel Rickard surveyed our property and his report was considered and detailed, and included many helpful words of advice regarding points to check with the vendors before proceeding. Nigel was also very happy to help with follow-up questions.

I had asked for Brittain Hadley to complete a survey on a property I was interested in purchasing. I received a very quick response to my initial phone call, and was sent a dummy report to help give me an idea of how the report would look. Once I had agreed to proceed they were very quick in arranging a date with the estate agents for the following week.
I received the report only 5 days after the survey, and was both detailed, and plain enough language to understand. The surveyor in question (Nathan Sproule)was also happy to answer my follow up questions to some of the points raised in the report. All in all, first rate.

Excellent Service all round! We required a last minute survey to be carried out on the purchase of a property and Brittain Hadley were the only company in the area who were able to fit us in within a week considering it was a busy period. We stressed the urgency and they were very accommodating and were able to have the report to us within 10 days of the survey being carried out. Nathan the surveyor also gave us a call on the day of the survey as requested to provide us with an update.
We also found that Marisa was extremely helpful throughout the process assisting with the process. In a period such as buying a house which is often stressful, Brittain Hadley were able to help with having one less thing to worry about. 10/10.

I am very pleased with the service received from Brittain Hadley from the initial contact through to the final report. The attention to detail in the report, written in plain English, will greatly assist me in deciding where to focus any repairs and refurbishments on my house purchase and also what to chase with regard to information and guarantees from the conveyancer and vendor. Brittain Hadley completed a survey on a a home my Wife and I were looking to purchase as first time buyers. Once agreed they arranged for the survey to be done quickly and thoroughly.
