Quite rude negotiators that use veiled threats of losing the property. Very demanding. Didn't seem like they'd be enjoyable to rent under. Would recommend a lot of caution, places like these can't be allowed to continue pressuring people

Avoid buying or renting from Cluttons at all means! They will try to sell you or make you rent a flat at any cost even if it involves lying to the buyer/renter. If any complaints, they prefer to blame the buyer/renter rather than admitting their own mistake and find a solution. This level of service should not be acceptable when dealing with high end (or any kind) properties in London, even less so considering the fees we pay them!

They could stop sending out by post opportunities to illegally sublet with them. They know fine well our tenancy agreements forbid this and yet I have had a mailing from them in every post for the last 3 days. Clearly not the respectable firm that built these properties back in the day!

I may be a small fish in a very big ocean but I have tried to contact this company on various occasions this week regarding CCTV that they run and own in Harlow, Essex; as footage is needed due to a car accident which happened right in front of the cameras. and they just don't bother getting back to people. Obviously us "small-fry" are not worthy of a call. very poor show

BE AWARE OF FAKE LISTINGS! Many of the rental propeties this agency puts on Zoopla are fake and do not exist. A Simple tactic to attract customers which would normally not go to Cluttons because the only properties Cluttons has are really crappy and in a very bad condition.

In my experience don't respond to emails, or keep promises. Appear to do the worst for both the client and the tenant but as long as they make money it's ok right?
