As one of the Midland region's longest established firms of Chartered Surveyors, we offer a diverse range of property services to private, corporate, and institutional clients. Although our history dates back as far as 1806, we are proud to provide a twenty-first Century service very much based on personal contact and specific client need.
Paul qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1984 and was elected a Fellow of the RICS in 1996 and a RICS Registered Valuer. Having spent most of his working life in Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the adjacent counties, Paul has a sound knowledge of the area and undertakes surveys and valuations of residential, commercial and agricultural properties for various purposes.
Due to the diversity of work undertaken by Godfrey-Payton across the property sectors we can offer a range of career opportunities. We very much take a long term view on employment investing in training of individuals with a view to a tangible career path. This policy is demonstrated by our low staff turnover and progression of existing staff from graduate through to partnership.
Qualified in the Rural Practice Division of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), our Rural Property Department offers a vast range of services to assist in many areas of this diverse sector. We continue to manage a range of rural property portfolios for a number of different landowners including charities, Diocesan and Church, private landlords, financial institutions, investors and operational landlords such as utility companies and telecoms operators.

Awful estate agents, lie to cover up mistakes and leave tenants living with defects in the property for example, a ceiling had fallen down from bath and water was running down to the electrics tripping the whole house, the electrics were black from this danger. Stay away and do not trust, bad reputation and horrible people to deal with
