Originally formed in 1994 we have established ourselves as The Quantity Surveyor of Choice for a number of national corporate clients, and individuals alike. Our business is based upon repeat business. We provide project management, cost management, and construction health and safety services relating to projects large or small, domestic or for business.
Individual schemes vary in complexity and nature and range from refurbishing a Surestart Nursery to building an Underground House, a New School or Hospital. Wing. Projects typically range from 50,000 to 25 million in value. Our services are used on new build projects and refurbishments including historic buildings with Grade one, and Grade two listings as well as light industrial.
