Working with landowners to identify opportunities to promote their land for development. We advise on acquisitions, disposals, options, promotion agreements and collaborative agreements. Development Funding - we have procured substantial grant, equity and bank funding for development across the region and have specific experience in structuring complex deals involving both pre-let, pre-sale and speculative schemes.

We sold a small office block via Holt and was very impressed by Chris Hobday's, from Holt Commercial, attitude and general helpfulness in trying to get the deal across the line. The buyers, unfortunately, used a cheap, but useless solicitor how was employed on a fixed fee; thus, the solicitor was very reluctant to do anything he absolutely did not have too.
When questions occurred, Chris picked up the points and helped resolve them thorough good communications and a can-do attitude. I could not recommend Holt and Chris more strongly.
