Cadplan Services Ltd was founded by Managing Director Gareth Edwards in 1994 and has established itself as one of the UK's foremost Measurement Surveying companies. Since our inception we have built a reputation on the quality and detail of our survey drawings and emerging deliverables. Cadplan's early adoption of 3D Laser Scanning technology into its Measured Building Surveys has secured its place as one of the industry leaders in providing clients with the appropriate 3D laser scanning solution for their projects.

We utilise the latest 3D Laser Scanning techniques to measure all of our measured building survey projects where possible. Cadplan produces well presented drawings, of exceptional detail, within the same time frame and budget as the standard surveys many others produce.
