Jenner Jones Chartered Surveyors work from an office in East Sussex and Jenner Jones Party Wall Services work from an office in the London Borough of Croydon serving London, Kent and East Sussex. Established in 1988, we provide a range of property services to a range of corporate and private clients.
Our Valuation Department currently survey and value properties and land for all major housing associations in London and the South East, advising on all aspects of land values and property purchases. An important element of our work is providing party wall services, including Party Wall Awards for private clients, housing associations and property developers. Our work involves Building Surveying for private clients, including RICS Home Surveys and defect reports.
