KS Associates is a family run Quantity Surveying Consultancy providing a comprehensive range of services to the construction industry. We provide both pre-contract and post-contract services to Main contractors, Project Managers, Developers, PQS Practices, Construction Management Companies and large Subcontractors. Since 1999 our team has developed and grown, achieving continued success year-on-year. Services
We undertake our commissions in a professional manner with the commitment and determination to deliver each project to our clients' satisfaction. It is this ethos that has enabled us to successfully build up strong, long-term client relationships. KS Associates is committed to developing its people, with this in mind we have taken on two trainee quantity surveyors within the last three years. As part of our planned, continued development we aim to train more quantity surveyors entering the industry.
KS Associates has considerable experience in this area which has been built up over the past 30 years. Since 1999 we have prepared over 750 full bills of quantities and measurement audits for projects upto 1 billion. These bills have been for a multitude of building sectors including residential, commercial, education institutions, pharmaceutical laboratories, hospitals, nuclear power stations, water treatment works, railways and London underground stations, highways and many more.
The development includes the school itself, which is to be constructed to Passivhaus standards, and accommodation spread over nine blocks. With limited space available for sports pitches on the school site the main sports facilities are to be contained within a basement with sports pitches being located on the roofs.
