Disappointing service on the repair side. Since their takeover by Hexagon things seem to be slipping in terms of quality. We are having to wait a long time for calibration and repairs. This combined with our most recent repair came back partially fixed. We have had to sort elements of it ourselves. SCCS charge a lot of money for their services and will certainly consider using other surveying companies after this.
