Any star is too generous. These guys don't work for the people who pay them, they work for the construction company. We have works still ongoing at our building one year after start that should have been completed in 2 months. Glenny supposed to be 'managing' but we have had to hire someone to manage them! They literally couldn't organise a xx-up in a pub!

Have made us overpay for works not completed. Have someone unqualified (literally) running the project. Don't answer or return calls, always in meetings (with each other?!?). When I complained that they needed to get someone more senior involved, their senior guy literally said to me, .'Do you know what my hourly rate is?!' (!) All about money with these guys.

And it has cost us a year of our biilding's life. We've lost tenants and income, not to mention having had to live with scaffolding and no roof for a year! Run from these guys! Even if they have the lowest quote, it will be a huge false economy.

The guys that are surpose to work here couldnt arrange a P up in brewery. They never respond to calls or emails. Leave messages but no response. Charge for things that not completed. Always in meetings or out off office. Seen one guy once in 4 years that manages an estate in essex. Avoid this company

Contacted this surveyor for a quotation. Had to wait a week for a reply and the price quoted was 1/3 higher than one would normally pay even for surveyors in Central London. But worst than that, one of the partners gave his hourly fee at 175, while one of the surveyors gave the same partners' hourly fee at 235! 60 difference! I was very puzzled. Surely quoting correctly is an essential starting point? However, they have a huge turnover and all they care about is keeping it up.
