St Pancras Station; extension, alteration and refurbishment to English Heritage requirements. Service provided: Bills of Quantities (SMM7 & CESMM3). Eurostar Depot, Temple Mills; including the 440m long fleet maintenance shed. Other project types for which we have provided Bills of Quantities include warehouses, industrial units, retail sheds, chill stores, leisure/entertainment centres, holiday parks, offices, hotels, shopping centres, PFI hospitals, care homes, social housing, private residential housing, schools, laboratories, military bases, student accommodation, youth hostels and multi storey carparks.

The knowledge we have gained by working for different types of organisation (Client, Main Contract & Subcontractor) is advantageous when formulating claims and during negotiations. Steve Leech is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 35 years experience in the construction industry working for building clients, main contractors and subcontractors. He is experienced in the preparation and settlement of contractual and financial claims for all parties, acting as a joint expert, preparing Scott Schedules for the County Court, acting as a party representative in adjudications in accordance with the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act, and preparing independent valuations for private settlements.
