Not to be trusted, I would trust Al Capone rather than them. Back stabbing state agent. betraying your trust an confidence specially Rod Walmsley. I reported and complained Rod Walmsley to The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, no wonder why they are not member of The National Association of Estate Agents. A months ago I called them and ask to view a property in High Street, Ripley. GU23 6AZ advertised for 1,495,000.00 Freehold, they even did not bothered to let Richardson know about my interest.
After 5 weeks I called and let them know they are useless and they are Master of manipulation. when I called the owner they were very upset and they felt let down, God knows how many request were denied. they do this to get sole agency probably. who know real motivation. It is never pleasure doing business with them
