Marshalls undertake residential valuation instructions for all purposes, including shared ownership and Help to Buy. We also undertake various more specialist valuations, including Inheritance Tax (probate), Charities Act and Capital Gains Tax valuations. Valuations are carried out in accordance with the RICS Valuation - Global Standards (The 'Red Book') RICS Valuation - Global Standards (The 'Red Book'). Where the particular purposes of the valuation require a different approach, this will be stated in the report.

We are fully independent and are not owned by a lender or estate agent. We owe our allegiance solely to our client and you can be assured that there is no possible conflict of interest.
In addition to residential surveys and valuations, Marshalls offer a full range of commercial services, including commercial surveys, schedules of condition and dilapidations advice. We carefully undertake Level 2 and Level 3 Survey Reports on all types, sizes and ages of houses and apartments. We offer residential valuations for all purposes, including Shared Ownership and Help to Buy (Target HCA).
