Neil began his career in Bristol before moving to Oxford in 1988 where he has practised since.

Neil Evans runs our Professional Services department and has specialised in lease advisory and valuation work for over thirty years. We provide advice regarding the effect on value of the rent review clause in leases and negotiation skills to secure the best possible outcome for our clients. We provide professional, commercial property valuations for a variety of purposes including acquisition, taxation, accounts, pension schemes and Charities Act valuations.All work is carried out by an RICS Registered Valuer.

Our experienced Commercial Agency Department provides clients with a wide range of services throughout Oxfordshire, Central and Southern England. Our areas of expertise include retail, office, industrial and educational/institutional sectors. We act for both landlords and tenants providing a full marketing service for sales, new lettings and the disposal of existing leases.
