Absolute shocking service and one of the most unprofessional company's that I have used/seen. They had done a Home Report on my now new home and reported that there were smoke alarms were "Visually Inspected" within the house but there are clearly none. Upon phoning (with no answer) and emailing them (waiting days for a reply) they finally got back to me saying that this is "prepopulated and forms part of the report document" and taking no liability to do with the problem that they have caused. Clearly showing a lack of knowledge and laziness when carrying out their tasks and who knows how many more problems there will be for me and many others.
