Initially had a good conversation with one of the Partners at Brown & Co about some offices we had to let. I was advised to look out for an email but nothing came through so I called back (these things happen, emails get lost). I spoke again with the same Partner, who cut me short as he had a Zoom meeting to attend. so he would give me a call back.

Nothing from that point on, despite several sent emails and phone messages to pick up where we had left off. Appalling service and would not recommend to market your property.

Have to say what a great service I have received from Brown & Co this year - every issue has been met with a friendly and efficient response, repairs etc made in a timely and efficient manner. Even with this Pandemic the team at Banbury have been great! Thank you - especially to Julie!

Second problem with company as a letting agent. Issues with accuracy of inventory Issues with disparity between condition of property on commencement of my tenancy and closure of tenancy. Sky high costs charged to tenant Updates to follow as matter proceeds. December 22nd - and finally after a dispute resolution service intervention common sense prevailed with the matter of gutter cleaning removed from the proposed charges that were sensibly administrated but only after dispute. Realistic and sensible approach from the dispute resolution service.

Now we can all get on after three months time wasting. To update I can only describe the service as poor The intention of the letting agent as favouring a landlord over the tenant which is a consideration when looking for rental property in Banbury. Several years later the experience still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. In short - Avoid!

Shockingly poor service from an arrogant & dismissive business. Over 1,300 in fees for bordering on negligent result. Seriously - spend your money elsewhere unless you enjoy being patronised & insulted (when you're not being ignored).
