I instructed Steve to undertake a photographic condition report adjoining a house which is in a Party Wall dispute with a developer of a large building project close to my own property. He responded quickly to liaise with all parties for a mutually convenient appointment. He was helpful, considerate and informative. He sent me the report promptly and was available for advice. I am happy to recommend BDS Consultants and will contact them again when I need a surveyor and building engineer for future projects.
