Fence been down for 3 months. They're responsible but disputing with my landlord. Meanwhile my garden is being used as a toilet. A public footpath. A dog lav. And their tenant did it! I'm livid. Guy didn't seem to care when called. AVOID

Do not use this company! I contacted them on the Friday, and left them an e-mail over the weekend, leaving my phone number, and asked them to ring me. On the Monday they sent me an e-mail saying "I am out and about for the next couple of days. I will let you know once I have picked up the keys". I called Monday, asked again, could the person dealing with the matter call me, but heard nothing! Wednesday, called again, not there again, so I asked to speak to someone senior - apparently nobody available. Went online and found a mobile number, no answer; found a mobile number for a partner, again no answer; left a curt message.

Within 20 mins, got a response. The person I was trying to contact was visiting people in hospital, and I was disgusting for not having any compassion. When I asked him why, when the messages were passed on to the person I was trying to contact, they couldn't ask that member of staff relaying the message to contact me to explain, all I got was, "Have you no compassion?".

I am sorry when people are ill, however when you run a company, life goes on and an explanation goes a long way. The whole affair has cost me over 400 in lost rent, and they really don't care! All they have are excuses. This exactly how it unfolded; if they reply to this review and it does not tally with mine, they are lying, and I will be able to back it up! DO NOT USE.
