Eap and their wonderful team have been amazing on my nightmare extension. Always friendly and helpful, always return your calls, points out things other people hadn't seen to prevent further problems occurring later on and even managed to do my calculations before scheduled to help speed things up for me. Very satisfied with Eap property service from point of contact we had a structural engineer here &clearly told us the 3 copies of paper work would be posted to us & it arrived a week later excellent customer services would recommend this company to anyone.

Was very happy with the service provided. Contact with the company was straightforward and all questions were quickly and efficiently dealt with. Sean was polite and helpful during the site visit and listened carefully ensuring we were happy with the drawings produced. Would recommend without hesitation for service and value for money.

We used EAP to provide our initial structural calculations and drawings and they were very efficient. We then decided that we would like to alter the original design and they turned this around in a couple of days after we requested it (and for a very small charge too)

Outstanding service. I urgently needed a structural engineer and EAP sent out a representative the same day within 3 hours of the call. They also delivered a completed designed for deep piled foundations within 2 days which were required by Building Control. The cost was also very competitive and staff extremely professional at every stage of contact.

EAP were absolutely amazing. Professional service from initial phone call to results of survey. Really cannot fault them. friendly and knowledgeable staff to take the booking and answer questions, brilliant surveyor and comprehensive feedback on house survey. Thoroughly recommended

I echo the reviews of other posters that much chasing was required, deadlines were missed and there was a lack of communication from EAP. Drawings often needed several revisions due to small errors. However, we were generally happy with the quality of the work until our building project started. Our builder found significant mistakes in the measurements that EAP has used meaning that changes had to be made on the fly onsite in order for the project to progress.

This is despite EAP charging us extra to make a site visit to take measurements. I tried to take this up with EAP directly but after admitting the made an error - they said it was our builders fault for not letting them know that their measurements were wrong and they assumed it hadn't affected construction so wasn't their problem. The attitude from their customer services was quite hostile and left me feeling quite upset.
