Acorus Rural Property Services was established in 2002, following a buyout of ADAS Rural Property Services by the management team. Our team specialises in a diverse range of services for the rural property sector. Trading as Chartered Surveyors, we are governed by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors rules of conduct.
James is Managing Director and Marketing Director and responsible for the Western region office. A qualified Chartered Surveyor (RICS) and Fellow of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants (BIAC), James specialises in planning and business consultancy including work relating to agricultural dwellings, asset maximisation and diversification and is a lead consultant for our intensive agriculture (pigs and poultry) work.
Our expert Property Planning Consultants have the knowledge and expertise to provide advice on all manner of projects. Acorus also has the benefit of an in house drawing team, meaning we can undertake all aspects of your project. With our property planning consultancy services spanning the length and breadth of the country, no matter where you are based, we will be delighted to assist you.
Acorus are able to advise on a range of rural architectural design projects, no matter the scale or complexity of the project. We aim to make this process as streamlined as possible, working with our colleagues, and provide the required drawing and design services to meet your needs.
