We have a good reputation for providing accurate and detailed drawings based on bespoke specifications, ensuring a good foundation for future development and regeneration projects.
We have specifically measured many listed and historic buildings for companies such as The National trust and project managed some large surveys for regeneration schemes in the UK.

A topographical Land survey is often carried out to accompany planning applications for new developments or alterations to current properties.

Our excellent quality surveys provide detailed mapping of existing features within the site in relative position and height to each other. This includes the site boundaries, footprint of the existing building (s) (if applicable) , vegetation, manholes, gullies and other points of drainage. Overhead services coming onto site, heights of buildings on site and adjoining properties are also measured.

This must be one of the most effective and hassle free organisations to deal with. Paul Levett is quietly efficient, flexible and adaptable and pragmatic too. He helps define what is necessary and goes about it with diligent attack and quickly produces some of the best and most comprehensive survey drawings I have seen since I started in property in 1970. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to all and for future work I would not venture elsewhere! Their administration is excellent too!

We asked Paul to survey the site of our church building as we needed to change the layout of our car park.well I was greatly surprised at the level of service. Not only was the car park surveyed but the whole site as well so it was put into context. We had a few revisions to maximise the number of cars able to park and Paul was very quick to make the changes without any complaint.
We were provided with several large scale plans, which were very useful to communicate the changes (which our printer could not do). All in all an excellent service, great professionalism, integrity and competitive price.he even smiles!
