I have found the staff at James Flynn Chartered Surveyors to be polite, professional and very helpful. I am surprised at the other review posted as this has not been my experience. Brendan has been generous with his time and always responded to my queries (and there were many) promptly and in detail. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.

Living in Wimbledon, I had received notification from my neighbour of their intention to commence a Building project. Having taken advise on the subject, I contacted Brendan O'Collaghan at James Flynn Surveyors. Throughout the process of defining & agreeing the 'Party Wall Agreement', Brendan delivered a 1st Class service in explaining, guiding and advising me on the 'Award' process. As such and now a little wiser, I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Avoid this company at all cost. They charge a premium for their service and the process has been very slow and unable to make response properly. They do not care about their customers.
