There are many different circumstances under which professional surveys and reports on property are required. I can work with you to establish exactly what is required and to arrange for its production. Residential Building Reports are prepared following a detailed visual inspection of the dwelling and include assessments of the site and its location, the design, the structural framework and fabric. A Building Report details defects, defective materials, building practice, workmanship and essential repairs.
Many people will at some time want to know what the development potential of a particular piece of land is. Often this occurs when they are considering whether to buy a property or when reviewing an existing landholding. I can meet this need by providing an objective assessment based on my knowledge of the planning system and my wide-ranging experience of achieving development. I can prepare a planning report which will investigate and clearly explain the development possibilities of a particular piece of land.
Decades of experience in dealing with agricultural land and buildings mean that I can advise you if you wish to sell. I can also advise you if you wish to purchase, whether for continued agricultural purposes or to change it to other uses. I can value the land or buildings and act for you to negotiate the sale or purchase.
I can help you with all aspects of Compensation Issues. I have many years experience of negotiating with Local Highway Authorities acquiring land for highway purposes. I have also dealt with Anglian Water Services Limited acquiring rights for water pipelines and sewers, British Gas for laying gas pipelines and also with other companies where rights needs to be acquired.
