We are specialist UK Commercial Property Consultants and Chartered Surveyors with an in-depth knowledge of the Public Sector and Science facilities. We are retained advisers to The Crown Estate, English Heritage and several scientific companies and organisations.
We have experience in providing professional advice to landlords in connection with site acquisitions/sales where planning permission is sought for redevelopment and for change of use. We have advised on both freehold and long leasehold sites with potential for alternative uses including commercial and scientific properties, residential development, data centres or extensive refurbishment of existing buildings. We have a planning consultant with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors.

We provide valuation advice for company accounts and in connection with disposals, development appraisals and negotiations. We are experienced in providing asset valuations for the public sector. As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), we adhere to the guidance and regulations in the 'Red Book' (the RICS Valuation Professional Standards). We keep current with the changing standards and their effect. All our professional staff are RICS Registered Valuers.
