Mayville Community Centre Report

Winner of Constructing Excellence Awards, Building Performance in London and SE England 2012. The proposed redevelopment will increase usable floor space by over 35%, mostly by rearranging spaces within the existing building envelope. A new entrance extension will create level access into the centre and provide a dedicated foyer/reception area.

First Church of Christ Report

The re-modelling and refurbishment of the ground floor entrance vestibule including replacement of windows and entrance doors, widening structural openings and structural steel work insertions, replacement and new external stone works and repairs, new bronze external canopies, polished concrete paving/screed internally and externally, carpeting, plaster work, plasterboard ceilings and bulkheads, alterations to electrical installations and new lighting, new air handling installation, new frame less glass screens, timber doors and joinery and redecoration.

Estimating Report

Estimates based upon average prices of buildings per square metre, whilst often provided free of charge, are at best based upon the opinion of the surveyor and at worst based upon national average prices for the type of project without any project specific input. The main advantage of estimates provided on this basis being the speed at which they can be generated and the minimal or zero charge levied for their provision.
