Ringley Chartered Surveyors Specialized in connecting people with newly built properties, which are specifically designed for long term renting. I am a director at Prospect Place, and am very pleased with the performance of the whole Ringley team. Although only eight months into their new contract, they have moved so many things forward for all of the residents with the team that they have on site, with many of the maintenance issues. They have also progressed many of the longer term bigger issues with a very significant detailed and knowledgeable push from their CEO, Maryanne.

Mehdi combines a property background with a retail consumer focus having formerly been a Board Director of Next. He is passionate about the Ringley family values and looking after our people. Strategic partnerships, holistic delivery/ Opportunities, growth, value engineering, thought leadership. Strong business management professional with a MSc focused in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University.
Ringley has been honoured with numerous awards endorsing our position as a leader in the UK residential property management sector. These include the prestigious block property manager awards from The Times and Property Week RESI Awards. The Estates Gazette has also recognised the build-to-rent portal known as PlanetRent and resident apps that we developed in-house.

How did we do it? No more Freshwater, no more live in porter/cleaner, no more rip off repairs costs. Since appointing Ringley typical service charges have decreased from the Freshwater days of 3,644.65 to 1,572.

Nick Cohen is an asset to the company. I have had numerous dealings with him and my impression is that he genuinely cares about helping people. Nick tackles property issues with the mindset of fixing the job correctly rather than using a sticking-plaster approach. An all-round excellent property manager.

Ringley's Karl Bradley has worked tirelessly with our management company to sort out the colossal mess in remedial fireproofing following on from the Grenfell Tower disaster. Karl's a conscientious property manager and has kept residents fully informed about these efforts, which have now been successful

The most appalling managing agents I have had the misfortune to deal with! Rude and unprofessional. Now whenever I am looking to purchase an apartment, I check Ringley is not the managing agent and if they are involved in any way, I will look elsewhere.

I just like to put a positive feedback to Disha personally, since she has started at Ringley as Relationship Manager to Friars Close, I have seen her hard work and dedication through finding solution to our issues that we have here in Friars. I am impressed of her commitment to work with us (residents) and listened to us for what we think should be priorities.

She gave us a regular update to any project that concern us and this give assurance that our issues are being dealt with. This is the type of manager that we need that deliver results. Thank you and well done to Disha.

If I could give no stars I would. Without cleaners since before Xmas and we pay for them! Service charges for absolutely no service. Email them no response keep us updated forget it no chance. Awful management company. #cartersquay #ringleymanagement

As a leaseholder, I feel that we are constantly kept up to date with matters relating to the development. Also recognising the hard work and commitment the team have put in, dealing with the fire cladding issue.

Great service had a leak in my property called Ringley to help wasn't kept waiting spoke with John who was extremely helpful in listening and arranging for a contractor to come out. Contractor came out quickly and when advised he would. Was given updates on when he would be arriving. Glad they got the issue sorted quickly for me.
