A mixed use building of 18,000sq ft comprising ground floor restaurants and shops with four floors of offices above.
Acting for landlords and tenants we have been involved in numerous transactions in our core area of Covent Garden and beyond. Spark 44 Ltd, have acquired 4,000 sq ft of offices in St John Street, London EC1. Robin Calver identified the site for Spark 44 Ltd and negotiated terms for a new five year lease with a tenant option to break in year 3.
