If I could give 0 I would. Ignored emails, lying about other properties in the building having carpet installed when carpet is part of the lease and building regulations. The arrogance of emails and insistance that they are in the right, despite no property inspection occuring. Bike theft reported but they refused to provide camera footage to the police.

Staff members refused to respond to emails, this escalated to such an extent the Director had to get involved to prompt a reply. Since posting we have been asked to remove this review as Graves Jenkins no longer manages this block. It was good of them to contact us about this change however this only occurred after posting the review. Notably, they responded faster to a public complaint than private emails as they believed this would "damage their reputation".

Given that the change occurred over a year ago and we have spoken to Graves Jenkins about the property in this time it seems unusual that we weren't informed of this earlier. Solid work

Useless company, failed repeatedly to pay a single invoices to a contractor for over a month so the freeholders are now having legal proceedings brought against them from no fault of thier own

Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY, worst customer service ever, directors attitude is appalling and rude. Bad for any landlord and tenants.

Avoid! Do not use this company to sell your property unless you want court proceeding brought against you! They kept my documents for almost a year and after we agreed that other agents would be involved and whoever sells receives the commission, they sat patiently while the other agents did the hard work and then when I sold they came back claiming they were owed their fee.

I think they do this so often they have their own in-house legal team. I know times are difficult for all companies but this is an underhand and immoral way of making money. Shame on you Graves Jenkins!

Graves Jenkins seems to be one of the few estate agents in the city run by consistent and well mannered professionals. A bit of a rarity judging by mine and other Yelpers experiences! They sell businesses premises as well as flats and houses and occasionally handle auction premises too. As the staff seem to be older and more experienced than other estate agents, they're usually more direct and straight forward to deal with.

They rang me back straight away whenever I left messages about new properties and were completely honest if they thought places needed potential work like re-wiring or plaster rendering.
