I used Frasers for a home ownership sale. Quite honestly the rudest customer service I have ever experienced from the admin staff, making the stress of a house sale even worse.

Matthew carried out a building survey on our 3bed semi detached house. It was our first property so we were cautious about the purchase but Matthew provided a detailed report and was very patient and professional at answering our questions where we could not understand some of the complex matters relating to the state of the property. Excellent service, fast response and great experience. I was really impressed by the service provided from start to finish. The agent gave me a call to arrange the visit, she was really flexible and she managed to book the visit when I was less busy at work. The surveyor was a guy called Salvatore, he was really friendly and professional. He made sure all the COVID 19 standard operating procedures were followed and he took the time to explain the whole process in details.

At the end he also took time to answer all my questions which I really appreciated. The valuation was done within the window and the valuation report was provided to me within 2 working days. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I used Frazers Surveyors a couple of years ago when purchasing a house. I opted for a full survey, which was carried out by Matthew. From start to finish, across the entire team, their professionalism, communication and clarity was absolutely fantastic. Their final report was written in a very clear and helpful way. No unnecessary jargon, just straightforward, accurate observations and advice.

Over the course of the past couple of years I have re-read their report several times. It is the basis of many of the decisions I take when developing or simply working on the property.
