Hyde Harrington acts as agents for clients seeking to dispose of or acquire an interest in property. We cover all commercial property sectors including shops, offices and industrial units, together with those in the leisure sector, hotels, guest houses, pubs and restaurants. With offices in Carlisle and Kendal our area of operation includes the whole of Cumbria, extending to South West Scotland and North Lancashire.
Clients include both landlords and tenants, property companies with large portfolios or private individuals with a single property. Commercial leases are renewed at the end of the original term in accordance with the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. We act on behalf of clients on matters relating to lease expiry including the negotiation of dilapidations settlements.
Hyde Harrington's Chartered Planning Department, based at our Carlisle office, provides a service to Cumbria and the north of England.
