The Practice was established in 1996 with a work load centred around the Aberdeen area. An expanding Client base continues to develop taking the practice further a field operating regularly in the Central Belt and the remainder of Scotland. The Partnership believes it offers a competitive and flexible service across Scotland primarily for corporate property investors and private concerns.

The services offered include: acting for landlords and tenants on commercial premises in terms of dilapidations and schedules of condition; project co-ordination of the construction process; design, alteration and refurbishment of new and existing premises; condition reports and surveys; energy assessments of non domestic properties.
