I asked Banks Long to act in the sale of a commercial property south of Lincoln and they achieved a fantastic result in excess of initial expectations delivering an excellent service throughout on a sale that had a few complications. I was kept informed at all times and although the sale took longer than anticipated this was not due to their efforts. Very pleased with what has been achieved and it is hoped the sale will help the buyers business grow. First class service from start to finish.

We put our property on the market pre-COVID, but sold it in the middle of the crisis despite all of the uncertainty and worry that we might have got the timing wrong! Our success in achieving our goal can be attributed to the diligence and expertise exhibited by the staff at Banks Long and Co., despite many of them having been furloughed. We were impressed with how the small team dealt with the situation throughout, and how they guided us through the process with patience, skill, and empathy. Matters arising were dealt with swiftly, and things were explained to us clearly.

We were helped to make decisions, and weigh up the pros and cons of every hurdle that we faced. More than that, they did so with friendliness and good cheer. Faultless in their ability to stay in contact, answer phone calls and reply to messages, we were made to feel that our project mattered. They were always positive, and despite feeling like the current economic and health crisis was going to defeat us, Banks, Long and Co. helped us to achieve our goal, resulting in a successful sale.

I would not even give one star to this company because of the poor customer service and unethical ways of doing business. We were interested in one of the sites advertised by them which ended up in a bidding war and quite clearly they had done the deal under the table. I TOOK 10 PHONE CALLS TO JUST GET AN ANSWER FROM THEM WHEN I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THIS PROPERTY AND THINGS SEEMED VERY FISHY FROM THE START. WORST AGENTS IN THE INDUSTRY!

I have chased a commercial property that is available on your website for over a year now. On the very rare occasion I do get to speak to the commercial property manager I get fobbed off with every excuse so that I can't view it or rent it. You never phone back when you promise to and don't seem interested in renting out your properties. I have a very successful business that has been running for 10 years but obviously that isn't of interest to you.

I was interested in buying a commercial property and have sent 4 message, 3 emails and called them. Nobody seems interested, so my advice if you want to sell a property, don't use this company. I now have to go to land registry to find who own a property and call them direct!
