Our building services engineers deliver all mechanical, electrical and public health requirements from the pre-planning. We have a team of quantity surveyors who understand market trends and economic factors, embrace. We provide true and robust independent contract administration across a range of areas, from town.
Working with communities is a large part of what we do, and we're proud of the number of local people we employ on each project. We often train labourers in new skills and help set up and support local enterprises, such as cleaning and catering businesses. Past projects have included creating community facilities, such as a cyber cafe, out of disused areas.
A proposal to provide 140 homes by Rother District Council on a large residential development on a site in Battle, known as Blackfriars. A proposal to provide 12 affordable units across three infill sites, forms part of Brighton and Hove City Council's New Homes for Neighbourhood Estate Regeneration Programme.
