Uniquely we are the only property management company based on Teesside with these comprehensive skills in house and in one location. This enables us to deliver effective strategies to maximise the value of our client property assets, with cost effective maintenance packages, risk management, legislation compliance and tenant relations.Our team is led by Associate Partner Richard Wilson (MRICS).
Dodds Brown provides valuation advice and reports for properties throughout the Tees Valley and North East Region (incorporating but not limited to Middlesbrough, Stockton, Thornaby, Billingham, Redcar, Teesdale, Eaglescliffe, Stokesley, Yarm, Northallerton and Darlington) ranging from individual properties such as shops, offices, units and warehousing through to diverse property portfolios for many Clients from private individuals, Diocese, investment companies, banks and financial institutions.
