Bluekeep are licensed by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) to provide Building Regulations Approvals throughout England and Wales. Bluekeep believe in working in partnership with clients to achieve the smooth running and successful completion of projects. We believe our involvement at an early stage in the design process is a great advantage in enabling compliant design development and value engineering, which can help ensure the project is delivered within the budget. Our team will work with you and your design team at the tender stage to guide you through the requirements of the Building Regulations.
The Disability and Equality Act 2010 aims to ensure that service providers and employers do not unreasonably discriminate against people with disabilities. The Act puts an obligation on businesses to make reasonable adjustments where, if adjustments were not made, a disabled person would be at a substantial disadvantage compared to people who are not disabled.
The aims of the 2007 CDM Regulations are: to improve the planning and management of projects from their inception; to identify hazards early on so they can be eliminated or reduced at design or planning stage with any remaining risks being properly managed; and to target effort where it can do most good in terms of health and safety and discourage unnecessary bureaucracy. The CDM Regulations require a client to ensure that their construction project is safe to build, safe to use and safe to maintain.
