Our specialisms are rural and residential assets, but we also deal with commercial developments. From a complete Rural Estate to a single flat, our management service is comprehensive. Professional advice ranges from surveys, valuations, planning, compensation claims, asset management and rent reviews.
Rural property management and advice to those involved in countryside pursuits, whether it be farming, horticulture or other involvement form the main basis of our business. We currently manage over a thousand acres of land on behalf of our clients in Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Lancashire. Our clients include traditional landowning families along with tenants of a few acres. Our aim is to maximise the value of your assets, whilst listening carefully to your needs to ensure our advice meets your objectives.
Our Residential Department can handle the sale of all types of houses, barn conversions, residential development opportunities, building plots and residential building land and have the ability to deal with all price ranges from small terraced dwellings to a country estate. The Residential Department has extensive experience in residential property management as well as several years dealing with disposal of residential assets on rural estates.
As an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, with a wide diversity of experience, Robertshaws are able to offer commercial property services covering a whole range of needs. Along with acquisitions and disposals, we offer landlord and tenant representation, and have contact with specialist building consultants and project managers.
