Cameras and dvr were installed promptly. A little pricey for the quality though and when it came time to capture security videos from the DVR the software frooze up. Called Raj and was told he was busy with a customer. I thought I was his customer too as I've spent over $2000 for the system. He returned today to our pizza shop during our peak hours and then left when I had to run out for a delivery.

System still not working properly and he forgot to create and leave a new password. Disappointed to say the least. Whats the point of having security cameras if you can't back up the data and capture video clips of interest. Next time I will call a Canada Based Company to make the install. One of the cameras stopped working and the owner doesn't return my messages.
