Salus In everything we do, at Salus, we provide a quality, professional and competent service, which is accountable, efficient and minimizes cost and delay to our clients. Construction industry legislation and particularly Building Regulations is evermore becoming more and more restrictive, presenting multiple obstacles for developers and designers to overcome.

We are committed to assisting every step of the way, with a solutions based approach, through our motto: 'Compliance without complexity'. As well as helping save time and money in the no nonsense way we handle applications.
Services
Salus Approved Inspectors, licensed through the Construction Industry Council to Act as Corporate Approved Inspectors, operate a no nonsense approach to construction projects and the legislative expectation to ensure compliance with the Building Regulations. In circumstances where we are not appointed as the Approved Inspector and the approving Building Control body, we can take on board the Fire Engineering design in order to meet the expectations of the Building Regulations. The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO) requires occupiers of premises to appoint a responsible person and to regularly assess the fire safety measures in the form of a detailed Fire Risk Assessment.
It's our culture that attracts the very best in Building Control to Salus. With twenty years experience working across all sectors and a commitment to dedicated partnerships with the biggest companies and organisations our services are highly sought after. With the changes to the Fire Safety guidance and the Building Safety Bill, Salus are adapting to our client's needs and seek talented experienced Fire Safety Consultants to join our existing team. You will be part of the existing Fire Safety team delivering code compliant schemes for all sectors including Healthcare, Education, Residential and commercial schemes from RIBA Stage 1 through to Stage 6.
Salus Approved Inspectors, licensed through the Construction Industry Council to Act as Corporate Approved Inspectors, operate a no nonsense approach to construction projects and the legislative expectation to ensure compliance with the Building Regulations. Quite simply, every client is designated a Project Manager to ensure a consistent interpretation on each and every project we undertake throughout England and Wales.
In circumstances where we are not appointed as the Approved Inspector and the approving Building Control body, we can take on board the Fire Engineering design in order to meet the expectations of the Building Regulations. We can not however, be both the designer and approving body for the same development.
