They are big lairs. I booked an appointment to view the shop in Leeds but unfortunately, they kept me waiting front of the shop more than half hour without turn up and contact me, I called them and asked why you didn't come for the appointment they said that they cancel my appointment without confirming me as I travelled more that 40 miles. They were very rude and lairs (big). They were racist to me as they know I'm a foreigner, so they don't care about my appointments.
