Others I found to be corporate & didn't really have my best interests. Honesty was also an important factor I found in R&T. They were an honest, friendly team who appeared to have unity. We recently bought I very first home. We were looking for a while and dealt with various estate agents. I won't name them but from the beginning they managed to remove the shine and excitement even to the point we were ready to throw in the towel in and carry on renting! Then we found the perfect house and luckily it was being sold by Russen & Turner from the first call we made they were and have been so professional and polite every person we dealt with.

Following the lost of my wife's aunt to Covid 19 we were looking to find an Estate agent to help with the sale of her house. Not knowing the area we carried out a search only to find Russen and Turner who were positive, active and most helpful. Also, during the long probate process they were professional and caring keeping both the seller and buyers briefed on progress which was tricky.
