Beau and Sadek dealt with my party wall matter in a friendly and efficient manner. My neighbour had refused to use an agreed surveyor and instead appointed a party wall surveyor who raised a number of detailed questions which Beau and Sadek answered rapidly. They also successfully negotiated down the fees of my neighbour's party wall surveyor. Highly recommended.

My wife and I recently instructed Icon Surveyors to carry out a snagging inspection on a property that we're purchasing. From initial contact we found them to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient at getting back to us. Once we arranged for them to go and visit the property, we were pleased to receive a full and very detailed report extremely quickly offering advice and pointing out any defects.
This was incredibly helpful as we aren't able to travel out to view the property ourselves at the moment due to the pandemic, they picked up on things that we wouldn't have seen or known about had we done it ourselves.

We are converting our loft to a room. My next door decided to choose their own surveyor, he was a very difficult person to deal with, we were losing hope and thought to cancel our project to avoid troubles, but then my architect advised us to look for a surveyor to deal with him, after extensive online search and speaking to a number of surveyors, we found Beau Monroe, Beau was on top of the case from the first second, he is extremely experienced of dealing with other party wall surveyors, extremely knowledgeable in properties law and specially in the party wall act 1996 and all its sections and points.
We had the party wall award completed by Beau in only two weeks' time. We are so shocked of how quick and accurate he was and how he could deal with our next door own extremely difficult surveyor. Beau was very responsive and regularly updated us via emails and phone calls.
