This is an Example of a Topographic Survey, which was carried out in a Council Estate for our client who subsequently re-designed the Social Housing Complex and footpath alignments to improve the usability of the amenities for the public. The level of detail required by clients is always different depending on their proposed use for our data, but SCL has a policy of treating every site survey with an attitude of 'more information is better than less', so that the client can ultimately choose areas which they may require at more detailed scales.

Shocking service! I received a quote on the 18 March and I agreed to wait until week commencing 25 April (6 weeks!) as David was busy. I emailed on the 25 April asking for a day for works to commence as I'd heard nothing. Was told machine in for repair. I called a week later to be told the machine had not been repaired. On 10 May I spoke to a lady who answered, I asked to speak to David, she said hang on and I heard her talk to David in the background.

She then came back to me and advised he wasn't in (lie) and the machine was still broken and David was going off-shore to work tomorrow so couldn't help. When I said this was bad service, I was unceremoniously told to go elsewhere. His delays (9 weeks) have cost me money so I will be considering court action to recover these. His word means nothing so if you value dealing with somebody who honours their word, do not use this company - you'll just be delayed, passed off, and your project will be delayed - who needs the grief! Appalled.
