JSR Consultants were established as an Independent Property Consultancy in 2002.

Some ten years on and we have seen many changes in the Economy and Property Markets, along with advances in Construction Technologies and New Regulations.

The management team each bring over 25 years of industry knowledge which is priceless in ensuring our clients get the benefit of the expertise we provide.

Surveys and Valuations

JSR Consultants Ltd are regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors(RICS) ensuring the highest standards of professionalism are always adhered to. We are also RICS Registered Valuers and hold full PI Insurance with Lloyds of London.

We are based in Formby, Merseyside, Liverpool and carry out surveys and valuations in the North West of England.

Specialist Services

JSR provide a wealth of specialist services such as Expert Witness/Dispute Resolution, Facilities and Property Management, Court portfolio valuations for Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) hearings.

Project Management

We provide Project Management Services for a number of private and corporate clients. We can provide tailor made management solutions for just about any scenario or situation!

Construction Solutions

We have been actively involved in construction projects ranging in value from £5,000 to £20M. We provide Site set-up services, plant hire and sales, work package placement, labour supply and traffic management services to clients up and down the UK.

We are members of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
