As a company we actively encourage our staff to further their professional careers, and try to keep their certifications up to date at all times.

For the past twenty years our Land Surveyors have worked on a wide variety of construction & redevelopment projects which have involved the preparation of 2D & 3D plans. These plans are then taken by Architects & Town Planners as a basis for all future planning works on the site. The projects range in size from small one unit developments to projects consisting of over 7, 000 new homes.

Our staff are well trained in the collection and presentation of internal building dimensions through floor plans, elevations & cross sections. In an enclosed environment we are able to gather and present the relevant information for space planning, renovations, historical records, extensions, and change of use. As well as providing 2D plans for a structure we can also develop a 3D model from the information we have collected using the latest technology.
The advent of laser scanners & reflectorless technology, along with laptop link ups, means we can virtually complete our drawings on site, and be confident nothing has been missed instead of having to return to a site at a later date to gather additional information.

I just saw the review by Mr Guo, who appears to also write on my behalf (his neighbour)!. I certainly don't endorse the views of Mr Guo. Mike the surveyor has got specialist equipment that links to GPS and satellites to map your property. We used him for a boundary dispute with my neighbour. Mike produced a report of around 15 pages, going into extreme detail.
He was also very patient with my neighbour who did not like the boundary decision and spent more time than expected on our case. Very professional and top quality Leica equipment. Thank you.

Avoid! He gave us( neighbor and I) a decision on site, and then U turned when he delivered the report, after pointed out his mistakes, he has very strong ego to admit any of them, and decided he is the god. There is no dimensions in his plan, all lines are bended and massaged, even when you pointed out for him, he found all different excuses.
